Proofs and approval
We print exactly the design you approve. When you approve a proof, you confirm that the business name, phone number and spelling are correct and that you have the right to use the logo and name shown.
Price and payment
Prices are shown before you pay and include design, changes before approval, and shipping within the continental US. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe after you approve the proof.
Shipping
We ship within 3 business days of approval and payment. Delivery times depend on the carrier.
Guarantee
If signs arrive damaged, misprinted, or different from your approved proof, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund at your choice.
