What we collect
- Business details that are already public: your business name, website, logo, colors, phone number and business email.
- What you give us when you order: your name, shipping address, and your approval of the proof.
- Payment details, which go straight to our payment processor (Stripe). We never see or store your card number.
- Basic records of the emails we send you and your replies.
- Anonymous page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics). It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
How we use it
- To design your sign, send you a proof, take your order, print it, and ship it.
- To answer your questions and send order updates.
- To send a small number of emails about signs. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and we stop within 10 days at most.
Who we share it with
Only the companies that help us do the job: our printer, our shipping carrier, our payment processor, and our email and hosting providers. We don't sell your information.
Your choices
To stop emails, use the link in any email or our unsubscribe page. To see or delete what we hold about you, email hello@sitesignco.com.
