Do I pay before I see the design?
No. We design your sign first and send you a proof. You only pay after you approve it. If you don't like it, tell us what to change, or just walk away.
Where does the design come from?
We start from your logo, colors and phone number on your website. A real person on our team checks every design before you see it, and checks the print file again before it goes to the printer.
What if my phone number or name is wrong on the sign?
It won't be printed until you confirm the name, phone number and spelling on the proof. If we still get something wrong, we reprint at no charge.
How long do the signs last outside?
4 mm corrugated plastic with UV-cured ink holds up to sun and rain for 12 months or more. They are the same signs you see on job sites and in front yards across the country.
Can I change the design?
Yes. Reply to the email or use the "Request changes" box on your proof page. Changes are free until you approve.
How fast will they arrive?
We ship within 3 business days of your approval, with tracking. Most orders arrive within a week.
Can I reorder later?
Yes. Every email we send has a reorder link. Your design is saved, so a reorder takes about a minute.
What does the guarantee cover?
If a sign arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you approved, tell us within 30 days and we reprint it or refund you. Your choice.
